社内情報の漏洩を防ぐと言うけれど....
つい先日、マスコミを賑わしたように顧客データが流出するという
事件が起きた。IT化することによって、紙の帳簿で管理している以
上に、データのコピーや”持ち出し”（実際は、メールで送信してしま
うなど持ち出すという行為ではなくなっている）が簡単になってしまっ
たことで、情報漏洩対策が重要視されている。
最近は、どんどんセキュリティ技術も進み、さらに、安価になってく
ることで、ID、パスワードのような単純なものではなく、本人がIDもパ
スワードも知らないで使えるICカードや、指紋・音声・網膜などの生物
学的な違いを用いたバイオメトリクスを応用したセキュリティシステム
も一般企業で導入できるような価格になってきている。
（携帯電話でさえ、指紋認証ができるものが出てきている。）
さらに、非接触型のICカードなども進化してきて、背広のポケットに
入れたまま、カバンに入れたままでもセンサーの埋め込まれたゲート
を通過することで、入退出記録を取ることもできている。さらには、ワ
イヤレスアンテナを各所に設置すると、社員が社内でどこを通ったか、
どこにどれだけの時間いたのかの軌跡を記録することまで可能になっ
ている。
暗号化の技術も格段に進歩しており、ICカードや、USBメモリに組み
込んだ解読プログラムがないと読めないようにするなどといったことも
できている。（つまり、パソコンを盗まれても内部のデータが読めない
のだ。）
しかし、どんなにすばらしいセキュリティシステムを導入しても、情報
漏洩を100％防ぐことは不可能である。というのは、情報漏洩を行うの
は、システムではなく、人だからである。違う言い方をすれば、どんなシ
ステムを用いても、管理者自身が不正を行ったり、悪意を持った上司
からアクセス制限を変更するよう指示が出てしまうと簡単にデータは
漏洩し、そして、それを特定することも非常に難しい状態になる。これ
は、システムの欠陥ではなく、人の問題なのである。
社内情報の漏洩を防ぐには、当たり前だが、社員のモラルがあって
こそ成立するのであり、そういう配慮なしでシステムを導入しても意味
は無いことを十分に肝に命じておくべきだろう。そして、セキュリティシ
ステムを過信することなく、社員のモラル向上を常に怠らないことである。
